Report Cards
First quarter report cards were sent home with students on Thursday, November 20.
School Picture Day - Tues., Nov. 26 - Formal Uniforms
*Order Forms Due Mon., Nov. 25
Picture order forms were sent home with your child on Monday, November 18. There are extra in the office if needed. Please complete, with payment, a form for each child individually and return to your child's homeroom teacher no later than Monday, November 25. You may also pre-order online. A letter with further details is attached below.
Formal uniforms are required for picture day. Please review the formal uniform requirements on the pictorial uniform handbook.
Oaks Family Night - Tues., Nov. 26 (4-6pm)
Bring the whole family to cheer on our Oaks basketball teams, enjoy dinner, and visit with other Oaks families on Tuesday, November 26 from 4-6pm. For $5 per person (family maximum - $20) you will receive dinner (hot dog, chips, water, treat) and admission to all the games. If you would like to help with set-up and/or serving please contact Mr. Trotter at 509-536-5955. GO OAKS!!!

Oaks Gear is Here!
The Oaks Gear store is back! This year's store has some new and exciting options, including newly approved uniform jackets and vests for secondary students (7th-12th grades). Click on the link below to place your order. But do not delay, as the store will close Sunday, December 1 in order to ensure that items arrive prior to Christmas break.
Oaks Theatre Presents...The Tempest - Sat., Dec. 7 (2pm & 6pm)
Purchase your tickets for The Tempest today! The link at the top of the page will give you the option to buy tickets for either the 2pm or 6pm showings on Saturday, December 7. Tickets are $8 (or $7 when you purchase 10 or more). Tickets will be available at the door as well.
Posters are available in the school office if you would like to hang one at your place of business, favorite coffee shop, local library, or another location in the community. Help us spread the word!
Christmas Caroling - Sat., Dec. 7 (4-5pm)
All are welcome to participate in some Christmas caroling at The Oaks on Saturday, December 7 from 4-5pm, conveniently scheduled between showings of The Tempest. If you would like to participate, meet in the west parking lot near the fire pit. Whenever you arrive, feel free to enjoy the company and sing along! We will have two trucks and flat-bed trailers from which to sing. We plan to slowly meander around the neighborhood. Caroling books will be provided. Come One, Come All!
Christmas Concert at The Fox - Tues., Dec. 17
Mark your calendars for Tuesday, December 17 at 7pm and start inviting your friends and family to this once a year free gift to the greater Spokane area. Posters and postcard invitations are available in the school office.

If your child received an "I" (incomplete) on their first quarter report card in any subject the final grade will be available on Jupiter once it has been completed. Please contact the school office if you need assistance in viewing these grades.
College Brown Bag Visits - Nov. Revisions
Students in 8th - 11th grade are invited to a unique brown bag lunch with David Olds, a 1/C Midshipmen (Senior) at the United States Naval Academy (and a Spokane native), to share with you the opportunities of attending the USNA. Please see the attached Brown Bag Schedule, revised for November.
