Please start out with 2 slices each and then feel free to come back for seconds after everyone has been through the line once. You will pay at the play-field. Please make checks payable to The Oaks. You will need to bring beverages for your own family. Paper plates and napkins will be provided.
Used Uniform Sale - Fri. June 14
The annual used uniform sale will be held during the all school picnic, on the last day of school. We suggest you sell any good-conditioned uniform items you may have at half price. You may also choose to donate your used item. If you are donating the item, please indicate that. As a buyer, you are responsible to be sure the items you are purchasing are on the uniform list.
Following are the procedures for selling and buying used uniforms at this sale:
1. Put items in a plastic zip-lock bag along with a piece of paper containing your information (name, phone number, size, type, and price of item - ex. "Mary Doe - (509)123-4567, Size 8 Girls Jumper, $20.00")
2. Place the bag at the designated uniform sale spot.
3. The buyer will remove the clothing item, put cash or check in the plastic bag along with the information card, and put the bag back in the designated spot.
4. Sellers may pick up their proceeds at the end of the picnic.
*Please pick up your unsold items and money from sold items at the end of the picnic. Any unsold items that are not picked up will be donated to the free used uniform closet.

Secondary Finals - June 11-13 - Details & Schedule
End of year exams provide a great opportunity for students to test their knowledge and bring together all they have been learning since September. For the second semester, some elements of finals week are unique, as outlined below. Finals are a wonderful time to help your children put a strong finishing touch on the year. Parents can be a tremendous blessing to their children (and children to their parents) as you ask them about their studies, converse about their preparations, and give thanks for all that the Lord has done. May the Lord bless you and your family as we come to the finish!
*Finals schedule posted below
-- High School Finals (9th-11th grades)
High school students do not have school on Monday, June 10. Instead they are given the day off to study and prepare for their exams. All 9th-11th grade finals are scheduled between 8:00am and 12:15pm, though oral finals can be scheduled at any time during the day. Once students arrive on campus to take a final, they must remain on campus and in uniform until they finish all their finals for the day. This includes oral finals. Leaving campus and returning between finals is not permitted and will result in failing the final. Students are not required to arrive on campus prior to their earliest final on a given day and are asked to leave campus for the day upon completion of the day's last final.
-- Jr High School (7th-8th grades)
Students in 7th and 8th grade will complete their final week with a normal class schedule. All finals for these grades are given during regular 45 minute class periods or study halls. Junior High students DO have class on Monday, June 11. They are expected to remain on campus through their normal day's schedule Monday through Thursday.
