Enrollment - Six Easy Steps

Your Family Path from Oaks Tour to Enrollment

Follow our simple road map to place your child at The Oaks.

1. Schedule an introductory visit and tour

We ask that both parents attend, so you may evaluate us wisely. Get a feeling for our campus. Meet our Headmaster, Charlie Dowers. Ask us the tough questions. Tour the classrooms. Pray with us as we will for you.

We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. Feel free to come again to observe classes in detail.

2. Submit an application

You will receive an application packet following your first meeting. Timeliness may be crucial, depending on the available spaces for your child. We will guide you through the application process. Once submitted, we will respond promptly and help clarify any possible sticking points. (Click "Admissions" buttons to right for more information).

3. Schedule assessment testing

At younger ages, testing measures mental and emotional readiness above acquired knowledge and skills. We assess your older children against reasonable grade- and subject-level criteria, so we may offer supportive tutoring, if needed.

We will do all we can to make sure your child succeeds at The Oaks, and they will!

4. An inclusive family interview

All your children will be blessed by your family commitment to The Oaks. We encourage you to bring all your children to the family interview with the Head of Grammar or Secondary School. Siblings save their most important questions for this moment.

We work closely with parents at this stage to wrap up any loose ends, seeking God together that He will confirm His will for your family.

5. Celebrate acceptance!

Your child's acceptance marks a thrilling way-point along their educational journey. Now, the fun really begins!

6. Enroll your student

Formal enrollment serves as the 'yea and amen' to your child's acceptance, and secures their place for the coming semester or school year.
