A Thought To Savor

"If one does not make human knowledge wholly dependent upon the original self-knowledge and consequent revelation of God to man, then man will have to seek knowledge within himself as the final reference point. Then he will have to seek an exhaustive understanding of reality. He will have to hold that if he cannot attain to such an exhaustive understanding of reality he has no true knowledge of anything at all. Either man must then know everything or he knows nothing. This is the dilemma that confronts every form of non-Christian epistemology."

Tissues Needed

How many sneezes and coughs and ker-chews? How many nose wipes? And tear drops? A few. How many damp wads Get thrown in the basket? The trash can, the waste pile? The used-tissue casket? How many wipes on your poor, drippy snout? How many pulls till the box just runs out? Who says it matters? You run out, and then... You go to the store for a new box again.

"Tissue Box" by Denise Rodgers

Between winter colds and spring allergies, the school tissue supply has dwindled remarkably. If you are able to provide a box or two to help replenish these supplies for the remainder of the year, staff and students alike would be grateful. Please drop off any donations to the school office at your convenience. Thank you!

May Scripture Memory

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, "O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.
