Fees & Payments through Jupiter

The Oaks has decided to take advantage of the next level of Jupiter, called Jupiter Prime. This new level opens up added functionalities including online form submissions, registrations, payments, and more!

Tuition payments will still be made through the school's ACH for the upcoming year, but payments on various fees (events, etc.) may now be made through Jupiter. Please note that there is a small convenience fee for these payments.

When setting up a checking/savings account payment in Jupiter there will be two small deposits made to the checking/savings account and an email request to validate these deposits (this will take a couple of days). Once your checking/savings account is set up within Jupiter you will not need to go through this process again. Jupiter will remember credit/debit and checking/savings information for future payments.

To make payments through Jupiter, log into your parent account and select "Pay" on the menu. This will show the current invoice (to see next year, change to the 2021-22 school year at the top). To make a payment click the "Pay" button and select your payment method and amount. Please make sure you are in the same year as the fee you are paying when making a payment. When looking at the upcoming year, the current year's balance will show up on the invoice. The accounts receivable department will continue to enter ACH (tuition) payments that are made. Please contact the school office if you have questions.

Protocol 2021 - An Evening of Truth, Goodness, and Beauty - Sat., Apr. 17

Our 2021 Protocol is soon upon us! The 9th through 12th grades have been receiving etiquette training during the school day in preparation. The event will include a viewing of the Broadway hit musical, Hamilton, a guest speaker, and a semi-formal dinner at the stunning Belles on the Bluff venue. Please read the details below carefully.

  • Arrival - Students are to arrive at Belles on the Bluff, 17601 N Greenbluff Road Colbert, between 3:45 and 4:00pm. If parents are providing transportation, please plan to drive through the drop-off area both at arrival and departure. Student drivers will follow the signs at the venue for self-parking. Upon arrival, students will be greeted by their hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Trotter, and given directions for the evening.
  • Departure - Departure time is from 8:45 to 9:00pm. We have been asked to be off the premises by 9pm, so please be prompt. For parents picking up, your child will meet you at the pick-up area.
  • Photos - Unlike previous years, we will have a photographer present to take pictures of the entire event, as well as particular group/student pictures. Therefore, we ask parents to simply drop off and pick up your child, rather than parking and coming in. The venue does not lend itself to much traffic, as it is a private residence and we are at our maximum number of guests. The photos will be made available to you for free shortly after the event.
  • Clothing - Protocol attire this year is business formal. The rule of thumb is "What would I wear to a formal business day?" Gentleman should wear suit coats. Ladies may wear skirts, dresses, or dress slacks. Skirts and dresses should fall at or below the knee and all ladies' blouses/tops should have a sleeve and not be cut too low. Attire for both gentlemen and ladies should not be too form fitting. Shoes should meet the formal uniform shoe requirements (please see the uniform policy if needed). The Pinterest pages linked below are meant to help give you an idea of the many beautiful options that would be appropriate for this event.
